Three days after, the survey follows. She's doing a CSAT survey to see how the sessions actually landed, and let the AI draft a first pass of questions the week before rather than starting from a blank form on the day. What she likes is that responses don't just pile up in a report somewhere as they trickle in over the following week — a low score can trigger something different, a flag, a follow-up, without her having to notice it herself and act. When her CMO finally asks how it went, it's not "let me pull that together by Friday." It's a link.

Nothing about this event — not the segmenting, the form, the seven weeks of emails, the reminders, the check-in, the survey, or the report — ever required switching tools or exporting a list to reconcile against another list.
