Initiative is part of Singapore’s SME@AITe Programme to accelerate AI adoption among SMEs
The collaboration bridges education, industry, and Agentic AI, deepening Good Bards’ partnership with ITE
SINGAPORE – 13 June 2025 – Good Bards, a fast-growing Singapore-based company, developing next-generation marketing solutions driven by Agentic AI, is partnering Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and Autopack, a Southeast Asia distributor specialised in Automated Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) solutions to develop a proof-of-concept that enables Autopack to strengthen its existing hardware business.
Good Bards plays a central role in the collaboration by equipping ITE students with its Agentic AI platform to simulate how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can automate customer interactions to facilitate context-aware conversations and coordination, guiding them to develop solutions to real-world challenges.
Aligned with Singapore’s push to digitalise its SME sector, Good Bards acts as a bridge to convert complex marketing operations into simple AI-driven outputs. By lowering adoption barriers, the platform helps SMEs unlock smarter operations and more efficient resource allocation

The project is part of Innovate with Impact, an initiative under SME@AiTE Singapore, a national platform jointly launched by ITE and the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises to bridge the AI gap for SMEs. Designed to turn AI discourse into tangible action, the programme brings together students, technology providers, and business leaders to co-create practical solutions tailored to real industry needs.
Over an intensive eight-week cycle, student teams collaborate with companies like Autopack and platforms like Good Bards to identify address operational pain points and build working AI prototypes. The initiative offers SMEs a low risk, low cost way to explore digital solutions while giving students hands-on exposure to real business challenges, strengthening their workforce readiness and SME innovation.
