Throughout her career, she has spearheaded multinational product and marketing teams. Nina recently returned to Europe from Singapore. During her time in Asia she led VMware APJ partner programs and partner experience, navigating complex market dynamics to drive impactful strategies that foster unparalleled partner engagement and satisfaction.
Prior to that Nina held the role of Senior Director of Product and Marketing for the German, French and UK Market at Affinion International, a leader in B2C customer engagement and loyalty where her focus extended beyond conventional marketing approaches, championing holistic product and marketing solutions aimed at enhancing customer engagement and CLV. By orchestrating the transition from traditional customer engagement methods to data-driven digital solutions, her teams empowered their clients to achieve industry-leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
